Salary Range: $61,000 - $93,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate robotic systems and peripheral equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robots to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic cells.
• Execute minor programming adjustments, path teaching, and fine-tuning for production processes.
• Monitor robotic operations, analyze data, and implement improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations for robotic systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Document maintenance activities, repair logs, and system modifications accurately.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Robotics, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial robots in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming and operating industrial robots (e.g., Fanuc, ABB, KUKA) and/or PLCs.
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, including reading schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex robotic systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with robot-specific programming languages (e.g., KRL, RAPID) beyond basic teach pendant operation.
• Proficiency with industrial vision systems for robot guidance, inspection, or quality control.
• Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET) and their integration with robotic systems.
• Ability to interpret and work with CAD drawings for robotic cell layouts, tooling, and component design.
• Experience with data collection and analysis for robot performance optimization or predictive maintenance initiatives.
