Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) from design concept through full-scale production.
• Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in manufacturing processes and materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within a production environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design, analysis, and fixture development.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Exposure to industrial automation, robotics, or PLC programming
