Salary Range: $45,000 - $76,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and facilities to identify potential issues.
• Install, calibrate, and test new production equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and perform emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLC diagnostics, programming, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including LOTO procedures.
• Relevant technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and minor programming.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick) or fabrication techniques.
• Certification or advanced training in HVAC, refrigeration, or boiler systems.
• Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
