Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs in manufacturing operations.
• Manage all aspects of procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management and control, ensuring optimal stock levels to support production and minimize waste.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities for inbound materials and outbound finished goods.
• Collaborate closely with production planning and operations to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules and capacity.
• Monitor and analyze key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and market volatility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and lean principles.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a focus on process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean or Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Experience with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, O9 Solutions)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain analytics
• International sourcing or logistics experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
