Salary Range: $45,000 - $70,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup and changeovers for various manufacturing equipment.
• Install, adjust, and calibrate tooling, dies, or molds according to production specifications.
• Monitor and fine-tune machine parameters (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to optimize performance.
• Conduct first-piece inspections and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve setup-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and setting up manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Competence in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving equipment issues.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and minor programming adjustments
• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for tooling and fixture design interpretation
• Prior experience with robotic systems setup and basic maintenance
