Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring for raw materials and components.
• Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize obsolescence, and support production schedules.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution of finished goods.
• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to align demand forecasts with production capabilities and inventory targets.
• Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and operational resilience.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with international sourcing and global logistics.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP MM/PP modules.
