Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for production, engineering, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development plans.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs focused on safety, compliance, and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) within the manufacturing facility.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, including collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and positive employee relations.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain skilled production, technical, and management talent within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, federal and state employment laws, and OSHA regulations relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support operational efficiency, safety, and productivity goals.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to support a diverse manufacturing workforce.
- Certification in a specific safety program (e.g., OSHA 30-hour General Industry) or strong understanding of manufacturing safety regulations.
- Proficiency with specific HRIS/timekeeping systems common in manufacturing environments (e.g., Kronos, ADP Workforce Now with shop floor modules).
