Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial robots.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical support for automation equipment and controls.
• Optimize existing automation systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput.
• Perform commissioning, validation, and startup of new and modified automation lines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics and control logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with production goals.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB) including programming, integration, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex automation systems and controls.
• Familiarity with vision systems, motion control, and sensor integration in manufacturing environments.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Proficiency in configuring and integrating industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with SCADA/MES system design and implementation (e.g., Ignition, Wonderware, FactoryTalk View SE).
• Knowledge of industrial data analytics, SQL databases, or cloud platforms for data acquisition.
