Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and commission PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing equipment.
- Design, specify, and integrate industrial control systems, sensors, and actuators.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex automation and electrical issues.
- Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
- Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and programming standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installations and process improvements.
- Implement and maintain industrial communication networks and data acquisition systems.
Recommended Qualifications
- Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system issues.
- Experience with industrial robotics, servo motion control, or vision systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Proficiency with SCADA/MES integration and database technologies for data acquisition and analysis.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality control or guidance.
- Exposure to cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS).
