Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, program, and commission PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing equipment.
• Design, specify, and integrate industrial control systems, sensors, and actuators.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for complex automation and electrical issues.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics, control documentation, and programming standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new equipment installations and process improvements.
• Implement and maintain industrial communication networks and data acquisition systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex automation system issues.
• Experience with industrial robotics, servo motion control, or vision systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Proficiency with SCADA/MES integration and database technologies for data acquisition and analysis.
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality control or guidance.
• Exposure to cybersecurity best practices for industrial control systems (ICS).
