Salary Range: $116,000 - $165,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee and manage engineering projects related to new product introduction, process improvements, and automation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with production goals and overall business objectives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality, and R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize operations.
• Ensure all engineering designs, processes, and equipment comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality specifications.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and timelines for engineering projects and daily operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience within a manufacturing engineering department.
• Strong technical expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial) with hands-on manufacturing process knowledge.
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects, including budget and timeline adherence.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing quality systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, automation, data analytics) in a manufacturing context.
• Experience managing projects with global teams or supply chain partners.
