Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Identify, analyze, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across manufacturing operations.
• Develop, manage, and track a portfolio of continuous improvement projects to achieve measurable results.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels in CI tools, techniques, and problem-solving.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams in root cause analysis, waste reduction, and process optimization.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing setting.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
• Expertise in applying Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, 5S, SMED).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data-driven decision making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Master Black Belt certification
• Expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) or Theory of Constraints (TOC)
• Experience with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Proven experience mentoring or coaching junior continuous improvement practitioners
