Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure (physical and virtual) supporting both office and production environments.
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance of critical manufacturing systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP integrations.
• Administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including industrial networks and wireless systems across production facilities.
• Implement, monitor, and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect IT and Operational Technology (OT) systems from threats.
• Develop, test, and maintain disaster recovery and backup strategies for critical production data and systems.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users on hardware, software, and shop floor applications.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure operational continuity and compliance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and SAN/NAS storage solutions.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Operational Technology (OT) systems, SCADA, and MES environments.
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and system management.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues quickly and effectively in a production-critical environment.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) or Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environments.
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor).
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards relevant to manufacturing (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, FDA GxP).
• Experience supporting CAD/CAM software or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, EtherNet/IP).
