Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production schedules and minimize carrying costs.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems, including cycle counting programs and physical inventories.
- Analyze inventory data to identify discrepancies, root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop, document, and enforce inventory management policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and warehousing teams to ensure accurate material flow and availability.
- Monitor and report on key inventory performance indicators (KPIs) and stock valuation.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to inventory obsolescence, damage, and shrinkage.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory optimization techniques, forecasting, and cycle counting methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and developing a team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes.
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification/experience.
- Experience with advanced ERP/WMS system implementation or optimization projects.
- Proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
