Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Oversee daily inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
- Manage optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Lead regular cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, slow-moving items, and obsolescence.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehousing to optimize material flow.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven inventory decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control methodologies (e.g., Lean, JIT, FIFO) and best practices for demand planning and forecasting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for inventory optimization.
- Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module configuration related to inventory management.
