Salary Range: $73,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Oversee daily inventory transactions and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Manage optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
• Lead regular cycle counting and annual physical inventory processes.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, slow-moving items, and obsolescence.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehousing to optimize material flow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for inventory management processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in inventory control or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven inventory decisions.
• In-depth knowledge of inventory control methodologies (e.g., Lean, JIT, FIFO) and best practices for demand planning and forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for inventory optimization.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or significant module configuration related to inventory management.
