Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products.
• Balance production capacity with customer demand and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to align planning.
• Analyze and resolve capacity constraints and material shortages.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust production schedules accordingly.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize service levels and minimize costs.
• Communicate schedule changes, risks, and impacts to relevant stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production schedules and capacity.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across departments (production, sales, procurement).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Proficiency with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software beyond standard ERP
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for performance reporting and analysis
• APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification
