Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping (VSM) to identify waste and optimize production processes.
  • Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, Standard Work, SMED, and visual management.
  • Analyze manufacturing data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver Lean training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and achieve operational excellence.
  • Utilize root cause analysis techniques to solve complex manufacturing problems and prevent recurrence.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Lean methodologies such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, and Standard Work.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and implementing continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Ability to effectively train, coach, and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean principles and tools.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Proficiency with advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, advanced automation)
  • Experience optimizing processes within ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
