Salary Range: $74,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and capacity constraints.
- Balance customer demand with production capacity and material availability to meet service level targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, production, procurement, and logistics to align production plans.
- Monitor schedule adherence, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Analyze production performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in scheduling processes.
- Manage inventory levels of finished goods and critical components to optimize working capital and mitigate stockouts.
- Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems for effective planning, scheduling, and data analysis.
Recommended Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX) for planning, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, capacity planning, and Master Production Schedule (MPS) development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills to optimize production plans.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities across all organizational levels.
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Proficiency with advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP APO, Oracle ASCP) or business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience leading or participating in Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-mix, low-volume, or highly volatile manufacturing environment.
