Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Manage and improve inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods to minimize costs and ensure production continuity.
• Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to secure competitive rates and reliable services.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
• Lead, train, and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance and adherence to operational standards.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations to drive continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong understanding of inventory management, freight optimization, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive operational efficiencies.

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with major ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP EWM, Oracle SCM).
• Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for logistics optimization.
