Salary Range: $67,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards.
• Develop and optimize warehouse layouts and workflows for maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective inbound and outbound logistics.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking and reporting.
• Monitor and control warehouse expenses, including labor, supplies, and equipment maintenance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory management systems, WMS software, and supply chain principles.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Demonstrated experience with process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Proficiency in safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
• - Experience with warehouse automation systems (e.g., AGVs, AS/RS)
• - Proficiency in a specific WMS (Warehouse Management System) relevant to the industry
• - Forklift operator certification or experience training forklift operators
