Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct daily production activities to meet output targets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate production staff.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions.
• Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports.
• Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and mentor a team of production employees.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and manufacturing software.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
