Salary Range: $54,000 - $81,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily output targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections.
• Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching for skill development and performance improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Track key production metrics, report on performance, and suggest process improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a production team to meet output and quality targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills to address production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination and reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with ERP or MES systems beyond basic data entry.
• Basic mechanical or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Demonstrated experience in training and mentoring team members.
