Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Green Belts and project teams in the application of Six Sigma methodologies.
• Identify, define, and prioritize improvement opportunities within manufacturing processes.
• Design, execute, and manage complex Six Sigma projects to reduce defects and variation.
• Analyze data using statistical tools to identify root causes of problems and develop solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and sustain gains.
• Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma tools and concepts to stakeholders.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Report on project progress, results, and financial impact to senior management.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt from a recognized institution.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical software beyond Minitab (e.g., R, Python with statistical libraries)
• - Lean Manufacturing certification or proven experience
• - Project management certification (e.g., PMP)
• - Experience with advanced DOE techniques (e.g., Taguchi methods)
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, machine learning)
