Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and protocols for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Identify, document, and track defects and non-conformances found during testing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve testing issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform root cause analysis for product or process failures identified during testing.
• Validate and verify new or modified manufacturing equipment and processes meet specified requirements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive test records, including results, deviations, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, quality regulations, and internal procedures during testing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and statistical process control (SPC) principles.
• Proficiency in using various testing equipment and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with root cause analysis and defect tracking tools.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Knowledge of automation scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
