Salary Range: $76,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment and instrumentation.
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and report findings.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve product defects and improve quality.
• Develop and implement automated testing solutions where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
• Document test procedures, results, and deviations.
• Participate in product design reviews to ensure testability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestRail).
• Strong understanding of hardware and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and schematics.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) programming and maintenance.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) principles and data analysis.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW) for test automation.
• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
