Salary Range: $69,000 - $108,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including onboarding, skill development, and safety.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and consultation with department managers.
  • Design, develop, and curate training materials, including manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Manage the training budget, including sourcing external trainers and resources as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging training technologies relevant to manufacturing.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple training initiatives.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training.
