Salary Range: $72,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and procedures for manufactured products.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues using bug tracking systems.
• Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to resolve product issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for product failures and implement corrective actions.
• Validate that products meet specified quality and performance standards.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze test results and generate comprehensive reports for management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing test processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases for manufactured products.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality control standards, and production environments.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks relevant to hardware or embedded systems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and statistical methods for interpreting test results.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to identify root causes of failures.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management system standards.
• - Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• - Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• - Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
