Salary Range: $66,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, quality, technical skills, and operational procedures.
  • Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and feedback from production supervisors.
  • Design, develop, and deliver training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules.
  • Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production operations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Manage training budget and resources effectively.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Ability to assess training needs, develop curricula, and measure training effectiveness.

Bonus Qualifications

  • - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training
  • - Familiarity with SCORM compliance and e-learning development tools
  • - Certified in Adult Learning Principles or Instructional Design
  • - Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and reporting
  • - Background in process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma
