Salary Range: $68,000 - $107,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including new hires and existing employees.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and discussions with department managers.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Manage training budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing training.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the manufacturing team.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology.
- Experience with performance improvement initiatives and needs assessment.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) specific to manufacturing environments
- - Certification in a recognized adult learning methodology (e.g., ATD certifications, Kirkpatrick Model)
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training design
- - Experience developing and implementing train-the-trainer programs for production supervisors
