Salary Range: $102,000 - $149,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define, map, and continuously improve value streams to optimize flow and eliminate waste.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for value stream performance.
• Drive Lean manufacturing principles and tools throughout the value stream.
• Develop and manage the operational budget for the assigned value stream.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact value stream performance and delivery.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and problem-solving within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated success in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing value streams to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and production planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making.

Bonus Qualifications

• - Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
• - Experience with Lean Six Sigma implementation in a global manufacturing environment
• - Proficiency in advanced statistical process control (SPC) software and methodologies
• - Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to achieve significant operational improvements
• - Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in value stream optimization
