Salary Range: $63,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, including new hires and existing employees.
- Identify training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analyses, and discussions with department managers.
- Design and deliver training materials, modules, and workshops on topics such as safety procedures, equipment operation, quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules.
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with external training providers and vendors as needed.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging training technologies.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Ability to analyze training needs, measure effectiveness, and report on outcomes.
Bonus Qualifications
- - Experience with learning management systems (LMS) specific to manufacturing environments.
- - Certification in a relevant adult learning methodology (e.g., CPTD, ATD certifications).
- - Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application in training development.
