Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing shop floor.
• Supervise, train, and mentor production staff.
• Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time.
• Maintain quality control standards and implement corrective actions.
• Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and ensure proper stock levels.
• Enforce safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., engineering, maintenance) to resolve issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of production processes.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a workforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production issues effectively.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
