Salary Range: $65,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians.
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are consistently met.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance and development.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels for assembly materials.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, tooling, and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar continuous improvement methodology.
• Proficiency with manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
• Experience with automated assembly equipment or robotics programming.
• Bilingual proficiency relevant to the local workforce.
