Salary Range: $44,000 - $66,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and credit memos, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Generate and distribute customer invoices for goods shipped and services rendered.
• Apply customer payments to outstanding invoices and investigate payment discrepancies.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any billing or payment discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, initiate collection efforts for overdue accounts, and communicate with customers.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2-4 years of combined Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, general ledger coding, and financial reconciliations.
• Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in processing high-volume transactions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for vendor and customer interactions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with specific ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles or inventory valuation methods
• Experience with multi-currency transactions or international vendor/customer accounts
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting
