Salary Range: $86,000 - $121,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) to IATF 16949 standards.
• Plan, conduct, and manage internal IATF 16949 system, process, and product audits.
• Lead and facilitate problem-solving activities (e.g., 8D) for internal and customer quality non-conformances.
• Develop, implement, and monitor process control plans, FMEAs, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
• Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs) and support APQP/PPAP submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in IATF 16949 standard implementation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
• Demonstrated ability to apply advanced problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
• Certified IATF 16949 Internal Auditor.
• Minimum 3-5 years of quality engineering experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Lead Auditor certification for IATF 16949.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Experience with other quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
