Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine calibration and verification of manufacturing equipment and instrumentation.
- Maintain accurate calibration records, documentation, and equipment history logs.
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair malfunctioning measurement and test equipment.
- Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure all calibration activities comply with internal quality standards and external regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA).
- Manage the calibration schedule and coordinate with internal departments for equipment availability.
- Select and utilize appropriate calibration standards and measurement equipment.
Recommended Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent military training/certifications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience performing calibrations in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Strong understanding of metrology principles, measurement uncertainty, and calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025).
- Proficiency in calibrating and troubleshooting a diverse range of instrumentation (e.g., pressure, temperature, electrical, flow, force).
- Ability to accurately complete calibration documentation, reports, and utilize calibration management software.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with specific calibration management software (e.g., Beamex, Fluke Met/Cal)
- ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or similar professional certification
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles
- Experience with automated calibration systems or test stands
- Basic programming or scripting skills for test automation
