Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and de-commissioning of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues on industrial machinery.
• Conduct preventative maintenance, routine inspections, and calibration services to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Provide comprehensive on-site technical support and training to customer personnel regarding equipment operation and maintenance.
• Document all service activities, repairs performed, parts utilized, and customer interactions accurately.
• Manage and maintain field service inventory, including tools, test equipment, and spare parts.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies during field operations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting skills.
• 3+ years of experience in field service or industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for effective client interaction and training.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex machinery and control systems.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) beyond basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, PROFINET) and basic IT infrastructure.
• Fluency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin, for diverse client interactions.
• Advanced diagnostics software proficiency for predictive maintenance and data analysis.
