Salary Range: $48,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections and calibrations.
• Provide technical support and training to customer personnel on equipment operation.
• Document all service activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and timely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during field operations.
• Manage and maintain field service inventory of parts and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems found in industrial machinery.
• 3-5 years of experience in a field service or industrial maintenance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and technical explanation.
• Associate's degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently (e.g., 50-75%) to various client manufacturing sites.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency in TIG/MIG welding or light fabrication.
• Advanced knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
• Experience with specific PLC programming languages beyond ladder logic (e.g., Structured Text).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver technical training to customers or create detailed service documentation.
