Salary Range: $71,000 - $105,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across the Adrian area seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Usual Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales, production, and procurement on forecast changes.
• Track forecast accuracy and report variances to management.
• Plan inventory levels to avoid stockouts and excess supply.
• Support production scheduling and material planning with current demand data.
• Lead regular demand review meetings with cross functional teams.
• Identify risks in supply and demand and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and maintain demand forecasts for finished goods and components.
• Review sales history, orders, and market trends to update forecast models.

Recommended Qualifications

• Knowledge of inventory management and production planning concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and communicate findings clearly.
• Bachelor degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience in demand planning or forecasting in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong skills in Excel and ERP or MRP systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with S&OP processes.
• Background in a specific manufacturing sector such as automotive or consumer goods.
• APICS or similar supply chain certification.
• Experience with demand planning software or advanced forecasting tools.
