Salary Range: $79,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust recruitment strategies to attract and retain skilled production operators, engineers, and technical staff.
- Manage employee relations, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management on the manufacturing floor.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as manufacturing-specific safety regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development plans tailored for manufacturing roles.
- Design and deliver training programs focused on technical skills, safety protocols, and leadership development for production teams.
- Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including shift differentials, overtime policies, and incentive schemes relevant to manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with production leadership to conduct workforce planning, identify staffing needs, and support operational efficiency and growth.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience managing HR functions within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in labor relations, union environments, and compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for production and skilled trade roles.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proven track record in HRIS implementation, migration, or significant optimization projects.
- Prior experience with unionized workforces, including collective bargaining or grievance resolution.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety program development in a manufacturing environment.
