Salary Range: $95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain critical IT infrastructure, networks, and server environments.
• Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing execution systems (MES), SCADA, and ERP platforms.
• Develop and enforce robust cybersecurity strategies for both IT and operational technology (OT) systems.
• Lead IT project implementations, including automation and digital transformation initiatives for production.
• Manage the IT support team, providing timely resolution for all plant-specific technical issues.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans for manufacturing IT systems.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement processes for hardware and software.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure (networks, servers, security) and supporting manufacturing-specific systems (ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, and vendor relationships within a production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the ability to align IT strategy with operational efficiency and business goals.
• Expertise in cybersecurity principles and compliance relevant to industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT).
• Experience ensuring high availability and reliability of critical IT/OT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Operational Technology (OT) environments (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLCs).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, predictive maintenance) in a manufacturing context.
• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS, Infor).
