Salary Range: $122,000 - $171,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial reporting, including month-end close, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
• Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed financial projections.
• Develop, implement, and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making, cost reduction, and profitability improvements.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with all tax regulations and accounting standards (GAAP).
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity.

Recommended Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with a significant portion in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Comprehensive understanding of GAAP, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to ERP system implementations or major upgrades.
• Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex cost accounting models like Activity-Based Costing.
