Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI solutions for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system failures to minimize production downtime.
• Specify, integrate, and configure industrial sensors, actuators, robots, and vision systems.
• Commission and validate new automated machinery and control systems on the production floor.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control documentation, and software backups.
• Implement and optimize industrial control networks, SCADA systems, and data acquisition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and implement lean manufacturing principles.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial control systems, instrumentation, and PID control.
• Proficiency with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Ability to design and interpret electrical schematics and control panel layouts.
• Proven troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex automation systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Proficiency in developing and integrating machine vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with SCADA/MES integration and industrial data historians (e.g., OSI PI, Rockwell FactoryTalk Historian).
• Strong understanding of industrial network architectures and cybersecurity best practices for control systems.
