Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Design, program, and implement PLC and HMI solutions for automated manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex control system malfunctions and equipment failures.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and system architecture documentation.
• Lead the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and control systems.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety compliance.
• Integrate control systems with robotics, vision systems, and plant-wide SCADA/MES platforms.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations personnel on control systems.

Recommended Qualifications

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
• Proven ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot complex control systems.
• Experience with industrial robotics, motion control, and servo drive systems.
• Familiarity with machine safety standards and their practical application.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
• Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting industrial vision systems.
• Familiarity with MES/SCADA system integration and data logging to databases (e.g., SQL).
• Knowledge of industrial network design and cybersecurity best practices for OT environments.
