Salary Range: $120,000 - $169,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Manage cost accounting functions, including inventory valuation, variance analysis, and standard costing.
• Lead the annual budget process and develop financial forecasts for manufacturing operations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
• Coordinate and manage external audits and tax compliance activities.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting for manufacturing operations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for financial insights and reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or significantly contributing to ERP system implementations or major upgrades.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and scenario planning within a manufacturing context.
