Salary Range: $81,000 - $126,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for manufacturing processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system failures and control issues on production lines.
- Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety performance.
- Specify, procure, and integrate new automation hardware, sensors, and instrumentation.
- Develop and maintain accurate electrical schematics, P&IDs, and control system documentation.
- Commission new machinery, production lines, and process control systems.
- Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with industry safety standards and regulations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Extensive experience with PLC programming (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA).
- Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and P&IDs.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and safety system design (e.g., ISO 13849, ANSI B11).
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with industrial robot programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for data acquisition, analysis, or custom tool development.
- Experience with database integration (SQL, Historians) and data analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for quality inspection or guidance.
