Salary Range: $117,000 - $166,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, R&D) to resolve technical issues and optimize product manufacturability.
• Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety standards, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and manage the engineering department's budget, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation technologies, and lean principles.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex engineering projects from concept to completion.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., Industrial IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, advanced robotics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with enterprise-level PLM or ERP systems (e.g., Teamcenter, SAP)
