Salary Range: $93,000 - $140,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory control and management, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet production demands while minimizing carrying costs.
• Direct logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, for timely material flow and product delivery.
• Lead demand forecasting and production planning activities to align supply with sales and operational requirements.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience in manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain using lean principles and data analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis)
