Salary Range: $46,000 - $71,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure manufacturing machinery and equipment for production runs.
• Install, align, and adjust tooling, dies, fixtures, and other components according to specifications.
• Perform test runs and make fine-tuning adjustments to optimize machine performance and product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or programming issues during setup and changeover.
• Interpret and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment during setup procedures.
• Document setup parameters, process adjustments, and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand and power tools for adjustments and minor repairs.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety protocols (e.g., LOTO).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming or troubleshooting.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAM software for tooling or fixture design.
• Experience with industrial robotics (programming or maintenance).
