Salary Range: $92,000 - $139,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage procurement and sourcing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
• Optimize inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to minimize holding costs and prevent stockouts.
• Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with production planning to ensure material availability and synchronize supply with manufacturing schedules.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in supply chain operations.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical, supplier, and logistics disruptions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning software.
• Proven expertise in inventory management, logistics, procurement, and supplier relationship management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP implementation or significant upgrades
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• International sourcing and logistics experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
