Salary Range: $86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with manufacturing stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for production initiatives.
• Oversee cross-functional project teams, including engineering, production, and quality control.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, particularly those related to production schedules and material availability.
• Monitor and report on project progress, resource utilization, and financial performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing project lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within manufacturing processes and project execution.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality control principles.
• PMP certification or an equivalent project management qualification.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability in risk management, budget control, and stakeholder communication.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Experience with specific manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, assembly, injection molding).
• Knowledge of automation technologies or Industry 4.0 concepts.
